These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the New Creations Faith website and purchasing products from us. Throughout these terms, “New Creations Faith,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to New Creations Faith.

Products and Product Information
We do our best to describe and photograph our products honestly and accurately. However, colors may appear somewhat different depending on your screen, lighting, printing process, or production materials. Small variations may also occur between individually produced items.
Product measurements and sizing information are provided as accurately as possible, but minor manufacturing variations can occur. Please review all descriptions, measurements, and sizing charts before ordering.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, availability, and other information when needed. We may discontinue a product without notice.
Made-to-Order Products
Many New Creations Faith products are created after an order is placed. This reduces unnecessary inventory but also means that production may begin soon after checkout.
Products may be printed, produced, packaged, or shipped by carefully selected third-party production partners. Different items within the same order may arrive separately or from different locations.
Production and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. We will communicate known delays when reasonably possible.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee that it will be accepted. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

All prices are shown in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide valid and accurate billing and payment information. By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or calculation errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times include both production time and carrier transit time. Delivery estimates can be affected by production volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. Once an order enters production or ships, we may not be able to change or redirect it.

Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged products, incorrect items, and sizing concerns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the original journal interiors, study materials, written content, graphics, product designs, photographs, branding, and website content associated with New Creations Faith belong to New Creations Faith or are used with permission.
You may view and use purchased products for their intended personal use. You may not copy, scan, reproduce, publish, sell, distribute, upload, or commercially exploit our designs or content without written permission.
Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer ownership of its underlying design or intellectual property.
Scripture quotations identified as being from the King James Version are used as public-domain text. Our original arrangement, commentary, prompts, graphics, and design elements remain protected.
Faith-Based and Educational Content
Our journals, articles, study tools, and other resources are created to encourage personal reflection and engagement with Scripture.
They are not intended to replace the Bible, pastoral care, professional counseling, medical care, legal advice, or other qualified professional services. You remain responsible for deciding how to use the information and resources we provide.
Reviews, Messages, and Submitted Content
If you submit a review, comment, suggestion, or other content, it must be truthful, lawful, and respectful. It may not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
We may remove content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, obscene, discriminatory, infringing, or unrelated to the product or discussion.
We will not publicly use personal photographs or private messages for marketing without permission.
